A saved signature belongs to an email address. The next document sent to that address can reuse the signature and the initials. WPsigner Pro 3.3.3 adds the page, the signing-page buttons, and Sign my part.

Open More → Customization → Add my Signature.

The page uses the same pad as the signing page:

TabWhat it does
DrawDraw with a mouse, finger, or stylus. Pick black, blue, or dark ink.
TypeType a name and choose a signature font.
UploadUpload a PNG or JPG.

There are two pads: Signature and Initials. Click Save. Delete saved signature removes both.

The signature is stored for the email address of the WordPress account you are logged in with. A later document sent to that email can offer Use my signature.

The same editor is on the Client Portal while that person is logged in, so a signer can create it before a document arrives.

Use my signature sits in the signature pad. It is shown only when that signer’s email already has a saved signature. Use my initials is shown only when initials are saved for that email. If nothing is saved, neither button appears.

The signer can still draw, type, or upload a new mark. Applying it does not save it yet.

After they apply the signature, the pad closes and the page asks whether to keep it for future documents. On a phone this appears as soon as the pad closes, on top of the signing screen. Save stores it for this email address. Not now leaves it unsaved. If they reach Finish before answering, the same question appears before the page moves on.

SaveThe signature, and the initials if they used new ones, are stored for this email address.
Not nowNothing is stored. The signed document is unchanged.

The buttons use the same style as the rest of the signing page. The next document sent to that email can show Use my signature. Sending the document does not save a signature by itself, and it does not sign the sender’s row.

On Review, Sign my part appears when the WordPress account you are logged in with uses the same email as one of the signers.

  1. Open the document and go to Review.
  2. If you have not saved a signature yet, open Add my Signature, save one, and return.
  3. Check I agree to sign electronically.
  4. Click Sign my part.

WPsigner fills that signer’s signature, initials, and signed date from the saved signature. The date, the IP address, and the audit record are stored the same way as a signature made on the signing page. You do not open the public signing page, and WPsigner does not email you a signing request for your own row.

Send Document does not sign your row. Sign it with Sign my part, or open the signing page, before or after you send.
