Actions run as later steps in a FlowMattic workflow. Map DOCUMENT_ID from the trigger when the step needs an existing document. The workflow owner for a new document is the WordPress user running the step. In a cron or webhook that user is often 0.
Create a Document
Section titled “Create a Document”Create document from template copies a template, fills variables, and can send it.

The response includes SENT (yes or no) and, when signing URLs are allowed, SIGNER_n_EMAIL and SIGNER_n_SIGNING_URL.
Creates are capped at 60 per hour by default. See Settings.
Send, Remind, and Message

Resending an invitation also fires Signing invitation sent or Approval request sent. Do not point that trigger at Resend invitation for the same person, or the workflow can call itself. A short rate limit blocks immediate repeats.
Update the Document
