Open FlowMattic → WPsigner. If FlowMattic has no admin menu yet, the same screen is under Settings → WPsigner FlowMattic. Only users who can manage_options see it.
These options control what WPsigner puts in workflow responses and what FlowMattic may store in task history. They do not change the document in WPsigner.
Options
Section titled “Options”| Setting | Default | Effect |
|---|---|---|
| Include signing URLs in workflow data | On | SIGNING_URL and per-signer links in create responses. Task history can store them |
| Include field values in workflow data | On | DOCUMENT_FIELDS and FIELD_* tokens. Signature images are not included |
| Max documents created per hour | 60 | Cap for Create document from template. Allowed range 1–500 |
| Max signers per create action | 5 | Signer slots on the create action. Allowed range 1–10 |
Turn signing URLs off when the next step does not need the link. Treat FlowMattic task history like a log of secrets when the option stays on.
What Deactivation Keeps
Section titled “What Deactivation Keeps”Deactivating the addon does not delete workflows, WPsigner documents, or the settings option. It removes only the loader file this addon wrote in wp-content/flowmattic-apps/wpsigner/.
Deleting the plugin from the Plugins screen removes the settings option wpsfm_settings, the template-origin map, and related transients. It does not delete WPsigner documents or FlowMattic workflows.
