Account Portal
The Account Portal at app.wpsigner.com is where license holders manage their WPsigner account. It is not the same as the Client Portal you embed on your own WordPress site for signers.

Accessing the Portal
Section titled “Accessing the Portal”- Go to https://app.wpsigner.com/
- Log in with the WordPress account linked to your purchase
- Use the sidebar tabs to navigate

Portal Tabs
Section titled “Portal Tabs”Licenses
Section titled “Licenses”View your license keys, plan type, expiration, and site activations.
- Copy your license key for WPsigner → License on your WordPress site
- See how many activations are in use
- Check license status (active, expired, revoked)
Downloads
Section titled “Downloads”Download the latest WPsigner core plugin ZIP.
- Open the Downloads tab
- Click Download Plugin
- Install via Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin

Addons
Section titled “Addons”Download official addon ZIP files (for example Smart Signing Forms).
Each addon appears as a card with:
- Name, version, and description
- Download button (requires active license when enabled for that addon)
After downloading:
- Upload the ZIP in WordPress (Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin)
- Activate from WPsigner → Addons

Beta Version
Section titled “Beta Version”When a beta release is published, licensed users see a Beta Version tab.
The tab includes:
- Beta version number and release notes
- Download Beta button (active license required)
The Beta tab is hidden when no beta is available.
Billing
Section titled “Billing”If your account uses WooCommerce, view:
- Saved payment methods
- Billing address
- Order history
Support
Section titled “Support”- Submit support requests via the support form
- View My Tickets for existing conversations
Download vs Addons Tab
Section titled “Download vs Addons Tab”| Tab | What you get |

Always download addons from the Addons tab — not mixed with the core plugin download.

Section titled “Link from WPsigner Admin”On WPsigner → Addons, the Download addon button on each card opens:
