How Documents Work
Section titled “How Documents Work”The document lifecycle in WPsigner follows a straightforward flow:
Upload PDF → Add Signers → Place Fields → Send → Signers Sign → Document CompletedDocument Statuses
Section titled “Document Statuses”| Status | Meaning |

| Draft | Document created but not yet sent |
| Sent | Emails delivered, waiting for signatures |
| Viewed | At least one signer has opened the signing page |
| Completed | All signers have signed — PDF is sealed |
| Declined | A signer declined to sign |
| Expired | Signing deadline passed before completion |
Documents, Bulk Send, and Campaigns
Section titled “Documents, Bulk Send, and Campaigns”WPsigner offers three ways to collect signatures:
