## Quick Start

1. **[Open Appearance](/customization/appearance/)** first — upload your logo, set your brand color, and style signing buttons. This is **WPsigner → Appearance**.
2. **[Whitelabeling](/customization/whitelabeling/)** if you need to rename the product or hide WPsigner branding.
3. **[Customize email templates](/customization/email-templates/)** — subject lines, body text, and design for signing requests, reminders, and completion notifications.
4. **[Choose a language](/customization/languages/)** — install a language pack from **WPsigner → Languages**, or add a custom locale with Loco Translate / Poedit. For Vietnamese or other non-Latin-1 text on the **signed PDF**, open **Signed PDF fonts** on that same page and install **Accented Latin**.

If you're an agency managing multiple clients, whitelabeling is especially useful. Your clients see your brand throughout the entire signing process — they never know WPsigner is running behind the scenes.
